Cardboard Edison Finals
It’s super-exciting to announce that one of my unpublished games – Down, Peasant! – has made it into the finals of the 2021 Cardboard Edison design contest.
There were around 250 entries and only 10 have made it to the finals. The prototype of the game is now at Cardboard Edison HQ in the US and ready for final judging alongside the other fantastic finalists.

The Kelly Diane Report
Due to the having a live Kickstarter, I’m late in reporting this, but The Dark Imp was showcased in a Valentine’s Day guide in The Kelly Diane Report. There’s a lovely tableau of Dark Imp games and the introductory paragraph below… Have a look!
The Dark Imp is a board game publishing company, who create all sorts of games. Since the first lockdown, they have been developing games that can be played via Zoom. They have so many great ranges to choose from including Placemat Games, Coaster Games and downloadable Print & Play Games. As well as the individual games, The Dark Imp also do themed “BuzzleBox”. This includes a selection of original board games and puzzles designed especially for families.
